During happy hour, which goes down Monday through Friday from 4PM to 7PM, regular margaritas are $4 and flavored margaritas are $5. Bottled beers are priced at $4. Located along Harlem’s Restaurant Row, Harlem Food Bar is a dope place to catch up with friends or meet other locals. One of the things that stands out about the restaurant/bar is its décor. Its interior has a pop-art feel with vibrant colors and imagery.
